   For months now Disney Plus has not worked on my machine (Xbox One South).

   Yes I have reinstalled.

   Yep, I turned it off and on again.

   Yep, I have edited connection settings.

   Yes, I take tried calling customer support.

   Customer Support told me it is a known consequence that they plan to have resolved. But information technology keeps not working after months of waiting.

   Does anyone have useful advice on how to get the Disney Plus app to work?
